All Preciosa Jewelry Co. products are handcrafted and may include:

• Real pressed or preserved flowers
• Resin, clay, and natural materials
• Sterling silver, gold-filled, or solid gold components

You acknowledge that:

• Natural materials vary inherently
• Handmade items will never be identical
• Variations in color, size, texture, or appearance are not defects

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and natural material differences.

4. CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER & PRESERVATION ITEMS

All custom, made-to-order, personalized, bridal, memorial, or flower preservation items are FINAL SALE.

Once production has begun:

• Orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded
• Subjective dissatisfaction does not constitute a defect

Customers are solely responsible for accuracy of customization details provided.

 

 

5. PRICING, BILLING & ACCURACY

 

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

 

• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
• Limit or prohibit orders at our sole discretion

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order is marked as delivered, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Customs delays, duties, or international import fees

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, GST, or import taxes.

 

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Except where required by law:

• Custom, made-to-order, personalized, preservation, bridal, and sale items are non-returnable
• Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for exchange only, subject to approval

All approved exchanges must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Returned in original condition
• Requested within the stated timeframe

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

8. JEWELRY CARE & USE DISCLAIMER

Jewelry is not indestructible.

Preciosa Jewelry Co. is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Water exposure
• Chemicals, perfumes, or lotions
• Sweat, impact, or improper storage
• Normal wear and tear
