By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Typical processing time is 3–5 business days from the date of order
- During periods of high demand, holidays, sales, events, or peak seasons, processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Shipping transit times vary depending on carrier, destination, and service selected at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped:
- Delivery timelines are outside of our control
- Carrier delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks
Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the order is marked shipped

- Lost or stolen packages

International Orders
For international shipments:

- Customs delays are outside our control
- Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund

This applies to all products, including but not limited to:
- Ready-to-ship items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Workshop tickets
- Sale or promotional items
No Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Sizing, color, or style preference
- Delayed delivery
- Misinterpretation of product descriptions
- Natural variation in handmade or botanical items
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities
- Damage due to improper care or wear
By completing a purchase, you agree that no return, refund, exchange, or chargeback will be permitted except where required by applicable law.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you believe your order arrived incorrect or damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
We reserve the sole right to determine whether an issue qualifies for review. Any resolution offered is at our discretion and does not constitute an admission of fault or liability.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered under this Policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Account restrictions
- Order cancellation
- Documentation submitted to payment processors
