WORKSHOPS & EVENTS DISCLAIMER

• All workshops are priced at $65 per person
• A minimum of ten (10) participants is required for any workshop to take place
• Pricing, duration, materials, and inclusions are subject to change

 

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify workshops due to insufficient enrollment, venue issues, illness, supply limitations, or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds or credits, if any, are handled at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS & PRODUCTION TIMELINE DISCLAIMER

All custom, made-to-order, preservation, bridal, and memorial pieces require extended production time.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Custom orders require a minimum of three (3) months to complete
• Production timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed
• There is no guarantee of completion by any specific date
• Delays may occur due to material availability, curing time, environmental factors, or volume of orders

By placing a custom order, you accept that timelines may vary and that delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refunds, or disputes.

FLOWER PRESERVATION DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

While we welcome the opportunity to preserve customer-supplied flowers, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All flowers are inherently different
• Preservation results vary based on factors including but not limited to:
  
• Flower type and species
• Time of year and temperature
• Moisture level and dampness
• Freshness and age of flowers at the time of receipt
• Preservation salts, resins, and curing methods
• Environmental conditions during the preservation process
  

Results are not guaranteed. Variations in color, texture, shape, opacity, or appearance are normal and expected.

By submitting flowers and placing a custom preservation order, you:

• Accept the inherent risks of the preservation process
• Acknowledge that outcomes are unpredictable
• Release Preciosa Jewelry Co. from liability related to preservation results
• Agree that dissatisfaction with the final appearance does not constitute a defect

 

ACCEPTANCE OF PRESERVATION TERMS

By creating a custom order and agreeing for Preciosa Jewelry Co. to preserve your flowers, you explicitly acknowledge and accept all preservation-related risks, limitations, and outcomes described in this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, and any related policies.

 

CUSTOM PRESERVATION CONTRACT REQUIREMENT (EFFECTIVE 2026)

 

Effective immediately for the 2026 calendar year and beyond:

• All custom preservation orders require a signed contract prior to production
• No preservation work will begin until the contract is fully executed
• Failure to sign the contract will result in production delays or cancellation of the order

This requirement exists to protect both parties and ensure clarity regarding expectations, risks, timelines, and responsibilities.
