To keep your piece looking its best:
- Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions as these can weaken or discolor both silver and gold-filled metals.
- While our materials are thoughtfully chosen for their durability and beauty, many of our designs are dainty and delicate by nature — especially those featuring real florals and hand-sculpted details. Treat them with love.
We know life happens — if your jewelry ever becomes damaged or breaks within 60 days of purchase, we offer a one-time complimentary repair or adjustment (excluding lost pieces or severe damage).

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. Preciosa offers FREE Shipping for purchases over $99!
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Be sure to subscribe to stay up to date and get ordeer notifications!

Flower preservations typically take 4 to 8 weeks from the time we receive your blooms. This allows us enough time to carefully dry, preserve, and create your custom keepsake with the love and detail it deserves. 💐✨
